About Us

At Soma Pilates Method, we offer advanced pilates instructor certification in Utah for instructors, athletes, and movement professionals seeking deeper, anatomy-driven training.

Our Central Mission

Our Pilates courses aim to develop instructors who think critically, teach intuitively, and move beyond rigid systems. We believe great teaching comes from understanding the body, not memorizing choreography.

Why Instructors Love Working with Soma Pilates Method

Learn to See Movement Differently

We train you to observe subtle patterns, not just positions. This changes how you assess, cue, and guide every client you work with.

Build Real Teaching Confidence

You won’t leave guessing what to do next. All of our students finish their courses with a clear framework for teaching across bodies, skill levels, and goals.

Understand Anatomy in Action

Anatomy becomes something you feel and apply, rather than route memorization. This leads to smarter decisions in every Pilates session.

Work With Injuries and Limitations

Jenny’s experience with injury recovery and complex cases shapes how you’re trained. You learn how to adapt safely without losing effectiveness.
